What exactly does LessClicks do?
We help UK small and medium businesses use AI properly. That means finding where AI can genuinely help your business, creating a practical plan, and implementing systems that your team will actually use. Not strategy decks that gather dust.
Do we need technical expertise to work with you?
No. We work with business owners and operators, not just technical teams. Our job is to translate AI possibilities into practical business impact without you needing to become a tech expert.
How is this different from hiring an AI agency?
Most AI agencies sell you tools and leave you to figure out adoption. We're founder-led, business-first, and focused on implementation. You work with someone who understands commercial reality, operations, and systems. Not just prompts and models.
What size business is this best for?
Small to medium UK businesses. Typically 5 to 100 employees. Big enough to have real friction and opportunity, small enough to move fast and feel the impact directly.
How long does implementation take?
Depends on the scope. A focused audit and roadmap can be done in days. Custom builds typically run in 2–4 week sprints. We work in practical phases, not six-month programmes.
Do you build custom AI tools or use existing ones?
Both. We prefer to use existing tools where they fit, but when off-the-shelf isn't enough, we design and build custom workflows, agents, and internal systems.
How do you price your services?
We offer three main ways to work: Focused Advisory (day rate from £750), AI Implementer (ongoing support from £1,450/month), and Delivery Projects (fixed scope, fixed price). We scope before we price so there are no surprises.
What if our team is resistant to AI?
We build for adoption, not just technical cleverness. That means involving your team, showing them what's in it for them, and designing systems that make their jobs easier, not more complicated.
Do you work with specific industries?
We work across sectors but have particular strength in service businesses, operations-heavy companies, and businesses with lean teams. If you have repetitive work, communication challenges, or data handling friction, we can probably help.
